We were extremely happy with the product received.

However I was extremely disappointed in the length of time it took to get it delivered. It was ordered on Sept. 10 and it said 3 to 9 days to be shipped/delivered and it was finally received on Oct 11. I finally received an email saying it was shipped on Sept 27, way past the expected date and it still took 2 weeks from there. I found it difficult to follow up as there is no phone number to call for service and my email was unanswered. As well the tracking link provided no real information that made me feel confident I knew where it was (Canada or elsewhere). The ability to talk to a person or an email response would have made this more bearable especially as payment was taken immediately from my credit card.
